On Monday and Tuesday, as part of our pastoral curriculum, all classes enjoyed SCARF Life-base workshops. The age appropriate sessions are designed to develop life skills for health and wellbeing.
The engaging workshops covered a range of topics like understanding the key elements of a balanced, healthy lifestyle, identifying feelings and emotions as well as identifying qualities of friendship. Everybody had a great time joining in and meeting Harold the friendly Giraffe at the end of their session.
A massive thank you to Sarah from Coram SCARF life Education for delivering these amazing workshops this week!
