Our Governors, Trustees and Staff are very much part of the school community and are are committed to ensuring that every child will be loved, cared for and believed in. This will create the fertile soil within which all children can flourish.

Our staff is a highly qualified and dedicated team. Our core staff team is enhanced by peripatetic and visiting staff who teach individual musical instruments, LAMDA, Chess and sports specific coaches. To support the pastoral care of our children we have a Chaplain and Ursuline Sisters.

The Ursuline Preparatory School is a Registered Charity (No. 1079754), and a Company Limited by Guarantee. As such it is managed by a Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees meet termly and oversee the school’s governing body.

The day to day management of the school is delegated to a Governing Body, the Chairman of which is Ms Merinda D’Aprano. The school’s governing body volunteer their time and professional skills to ensure that the school operates efficiently. They are responsible for the long term strategy and future development of the school and meet regularly to discuss school development matters and offer support to the school’s Head and Senior Management Team.
